About Us

 Villa Pooch is a unique concept that aims to address the issue of overcrowded shelters, hungry or neglected street dogs and provide a safe haven for rescue dogs. We are a micro sanctuary, offering a comfortable living environment for up to 10 rescue dogs. At Villa Pooch, we provide a safe and loving home, where our rescue dogs can thrive and experience a life filled with compassion, care, and happiness. A beacon of hope for animal welfare in the local community.

  We aim to demonstrate  effectiveness and success of our micro sanctuary approach, and hope to inspire and empower others to duplicate our efforts across the island. Through collaboration, education, and sharing of best practices, we envision a future where numerous micro sanctuaries exist, providing a lifeline for dogs in distress and collectively working towards a more compassionate society. At Villa Pooch, with our compassionate approach, we strive to heal both the physical and emotional wounds that these dogs may have endured, providing them with the necessary medical care, nutrition, and socialization to help them regain their trust in humanity.

We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, encouraging spaying and neutering, and educating the community about the importance of animal welfare.
